Why did you make this post? If you thought he should be admin why not tell him to come fill out an application? This right here just seems a bit pointless does it not? I only say this because you don't even know if he WANTS to be an admin.... weither you think he should be or not kinda doesn't matter unless he wants to be an admin and he applies.
