They don't all have to be willing or qualified. Only one or two need to be good. I'm sure there is a small handful of people out there who would be good admins and live on the opposite side of the world. Why so pessimistic?

Eh i guess its just that like, all us other admins needed to wait a certain time and then gain all that respect earn the friendship and come here to the forums grow into the community then apply, AND donate.
