Hey guys and gals,

Word's IM team will be having matches on Wednesday and Sunday. The usual times are 8:30-9:30 pm CST start times. I still have not confirmed with the other teams at what time we are playing but I will let you know as soon as possible. We are playing two of the toughest teams in our division (people say bad luck on our part/I say it is time to prove what we are made of) so we will need all the support we can get from our community to come out and root for us! In the cal community, we are predicted to lose our wednesday match (save one prediction for us to win by 2) so I invite you to watch us upset everyone's pessimistic expectations. We will be playing on de_season and if you do not have the map already, sign up at caleague.com and download the map here: http://www.caleague.com/?page=files

If you have not been to a cal match, it is a spectacular event of two teams working together to achieve a goal of victory in a competitive atmosphere. A victory in cal is winning 13 rounds overall. A game is split into two halves, one side lasting 12 rounds. All guns and nades are available and you start out with 16k money. However, you do not get money not earned by kills, defusals, bomb plants or victories.

Behind the curtain, Word practices ruthlessly to come up with strategies to take over bomb sites, how to hold bomb sites, when to rotate when a teammate goes down, how to adjust when we get a pick at a certain site, calling audibles when we see fit. Unfortunately, we do not use in-game comm unless we are dead but go to our NU teamspeak and relax with our cal-open team and others who practice with us. They can answer any questions you might have and help everyone understand what is going on. It will be intense and I promise you, you will not be bored at our matches.

I personally would love to see more support from our community because we are representing all of n00b unlimited. It is our community who shaped our team today. I have played on NU for 2+ years now and I have learned a lot of css from playing our pubs. I want you guys to come and actually see the result of playing our servers and how we shape every other community out there with our skill and respect for the game.
