You could give it a shot, i think it would be much better than what you have now. I hate to see you go from Nvidia to Ati tho. Sometimes.... not always people run into problems when they swap brands.
Go for it and if you can back up your computer before you install. i think it will work out great for you. Those slim line Pcs are limited to what gfx cards people can run.

I would rather see you go with this card if you can swing it... It has more to offer and there is a 20$ mail in rebate. Also your not mixing you would be staying with Nvidia
