Shitty. =P If you want i have CS4 (sorry, no new mac book).

Particle illusion is awesome. I've just started using it, and so far i'm very impressed. It's very powerful and integrates very well with Adobe products (AE and PS foremost). I haven't done too much on the video editing side, but there are a shit ton of emitter libraries and tutorials out there. My only complaint is that PI3 can't export to .gif, only avi. Just another transcode to do. =P

If you want the CS or PI, hit me up tomorrow and i'll set up my ftp server. CS is 8.5 something gb. PI3 is not nearly as much, and all of the emitter libraries are free from the website to download.

I would love to try out PI3. I've been watching a bunch of video and shit for it. It seems right up my ally. Especially since I have weird interests in like advertisements. I've always wanted to do those little ads on television that is like "This show is on tonight at: 00:00 pm central."

Hahahah. As for CS I think I am good for now with CS3. No big rush on getting the newest or anything.

Just curious what is the main difference between the two anyways? I don't know if you have worked with CS3 and are able to compare the two. I haven't really heard much about it so I am not sure what all the hullaballo pertaining too CS4 is about.

But yeah, I will hit you up later. I am looking to trying out the Particle Illusion nonsense.
