    *new* by how much does it cut down in file size? b/c one video is like 16.3GB?

    How come when i open the .mp4 it is all skippy and not smooth when playing? It looks like its stalling for a second and then continuing.

    one last thing, what program can i use to cut off parts of the video to shorten it for upload?
