Only Solution for Otter sense i doubt he'll get unbanned, but if you really love the Role Play server and want to play it once more;
go buy a new Counter Strike Source game on a new steam account, go under a different name, new profile, don't ever use your mic again & and start a new life while not trying to mess up.
I have seen this happen before to my friend sense now these days you need a email code to change your password or email, but i'll have to believe dot over your story. Sorry Bud
