New sourcebans steamgroup banning

Take a look at steamgroup banning of hack groups. We did it over at our shop N00bSalad Bans (http://www.n00bsalad.net/admin/)

It prevents most hack-wannables from touching server. Pre-emptive strike.

If they request unban, you can filter them down.
